5 Ways To Raise Your Vibration

There is agreement among science, medicine and metaphysics that certain frequencies can repel disease, and certain frequencies can destroy disease. This is the connection between raising your vibration (frequency) and improving health! Everything in nature vibrates at different frequencies. In fact quantum physics describes the universe as nothing more than vibrating strings of energy! Scientific research has shown that different parts of our bodies have their own sonic signature. In other words the sound of the cells of your heart differs from the sound of the cells of your kidney. When parts of the body become stressed or dis-eased, they are no longer producing the correct sound wave; in other words they are not vibrating at their prime (optimal) resonant frequency. To reestablish or recalibrate your frequency, you need to understand how lower and higher vibrations affect your energy and health. Below are five ways to raise your vibration.

So what can you do to raise your vibration & improve your health?

1 – Right Speech: watch your words. Try not to spend time listening or engaging in negative conversations or gossip. These conversations are damaging and can drag your vibration to low levels quickly. In the book ‘Raise Your Vibration, Transform Your Life” gossip is defined as ‘the transference of emotional poison from on person to another. “

2 – Surround yourself with positive sounds: listen to uplifting music. Sound can be used to excite you or relax you, make you happy or melancholy. Try to choose and play sounds that have a positive, joyful or relaxing effect on you. Our bodies absorb sounds like nourishment and certain sounds, especially form instrument that produce alpha tones (i.e. singing bowls) can help us reenergize and rebalance.

3 – Embrace Nature: we are nature’s beings – our bodies need natural light (sunshine), real water, and natural air provided by trees. Nature provides harmonic frequencies that are compatible with our personal frequencies. So slip off your shoes and walk bare feet outside- reconnect to Mother Earth and get grounded. The natural sounds of birds singing and wind moving through the trees helps us reduce stress, which in turn elevates our vibrational frequency.

4 – Eat fresh fruits and vegetables (organic preferred). If you are able to shop at a farmer’s market or organic farm, then consider yourself lucky! The shorter the time from garden, vine or tree to table- the higher the ‘life force’ energy contained in the food. When our bodies receive high vibration energy from fresh natural foods, it assimilates this energy throughout our bodies which raises our vibrational frequency.

5 – Follow positive people. Like attracts like! When you spend time with negative people, you will often feel tired and drained. Why? Because negative people require and absorb energy from others. When you spend time with positive people you will feel uplifted or more energetic. People with a positive disposition create energy and their higher vibrations affects others in a positive way.

Do’s and Don’ts – Law of Attraction

Law of attraction works and it works wonderfully. The only time it doesn’t work is when people don’t use it properly. You can actually manifest anything you need if you use this law correctly. It is a law, just like the law of gravity. It has certain rules and you can’t go against it. Just like you can’t jump from a building and expect to not fall. It is the law of gravity in play. You will fall. Similarly if you follow these simple do’s and don’ts of the Law of Attraction you will attract miracles in your life.

Let me start with Don’ts and get them out of the way so that as you read the Do’s which follow you can start putting those in action.

Don’ts

  1. Assume that doing nothing will get you results. It won’t. Manifesting something using Law of attraction is a very active process. If you think that only visualizing about things will bring them in your life, you, my friend is highly mistaken.
  2. Try to create success for yourself by taking from others. This one doesn’t work, it never has and it never will. Law of Attraction works on the principles of abundance. It works on the basic theory that there is enough for every one and more. Taking away from someone just doesn’t fit in.
  3. Doubt yourself, the law, the universe and everyone else. If you keep doing this, you just keep cancelling the orders you’ve given the universe about attracting whatever that is you are attracting.
  4. Dwell on negative thoughts. Focusing on negatives doesn’t work either. You thinking about what is going wrong is just attracting that. Don’t talk to people about what’s going wrong. Talk about the smallest good that has happened or you are anticipating will happen. It is simple – You manifest your thoughts, Good or Bad is your choice
  5. Be with negative people. Negative people bring about negativity. Every time you are with negative people, you are taking on their energies and vibrations. Get away from them.

Do’s

  1. Visualize results. Visualize results like they have happened. Visualize them often. Visualize regularly.
  2. Expect miracles to happen. Open yourself. Be hungry for the results. Keep looking for it. Be on a constant look out for results. Expect miracles. When you read newspaper, look for news that will help you create the results. When you meet people, be open for them bringing in the good news.
  3. Take Action. Do what your instincts ask you do. Do something. Do one thing every day that you think will take you closer to results. Do it with complete honesty and belief. Do it sincerely. However small, just take action.
  4. Create your private mastermind group. Form a group of people who think positive. Goal oriented positive people. Who come together and stand for each other’s success. Create synergy of positive minded people.
  5. Be a giver. Give something every day. Give love – unconditionally. Share your knowledge. Help people. Donate money. Do charity. If you don’t have material, give your time. Lend an ear. Just Give. More you give – more you will get.
  6. Trust yourself. This is a big one. Just trust yourself. Don’t doubt yourself if you haven’t manifested anything. Know and revel in the fact that your subconscious is getting things done for you in a way that is of highest good of you and of all concerned.
  7. Be patient. Give it time. You do your bit and the results will happen. Don’t loose patience. Don’t frustrate yourself and others. Know that what ever you want is on it’s way at this point. Just keep raising your vibrations. By being patient, you are communicating your trust.

The Law of Attraction works miraculously and people who use it regularly swear by it. You can use it to. Having an abundance mindset can only be helpful. So take these small steps and you can be on your way to manifesting wealth, health, success and all the happiness that you desire.

Is Fluoride Good For Us?

(NaturalNews) Advocates of fluoridated water insist that the chemical additive is good for teeth, but actual science routinely shows otherwise, including a new study published in the Journal of the American Dental Association confirming fluoride as a toxic substance that actually destroys teeth, particularly those of developing young children and babies.

When people are exposed to excessive levels of fluoride through sources like drinking water, foods and beverages and even swallowed toothpaste, it often results in a condition known as dental fluorosis. The internal uptake of fluoride into teeth over time causes their enamel to become mottled and discolored, the end result being damaged teeth that have essentially rotted from the inside out.

Dr. Steven Levy, D.D.S., and his team found during their study that “fluoride intakes during each of the first four years (of a child’s life) were individually significantly related to fluorosis on maxillary central incisors, with the first year more important.” They went on to warn that “infant formulas reconstituted with higher fluoride water can provide 100 to 200 times more fluoride than breast milk, or cow’s milk.”

In other words, young children have the highest risk of severe tooth damage from fluoride, especially those that are six months of age or younger, a time during which children’s blood-brain barriers have not fully formed. Even low ingestion levels cause the direct depositing of fluoride into the teeth, brain and other bodily tissues and organs which, besides causing fluorosis, also causes disorders of the brain and nervous system, kidneys and bones.

And the American Dental Association (ADA) has known that fluoride exposure causes dental fluorosis since at least 2006, but the group has done nothing to warn the 200 million Americans that live in communities with fluoridated water to avoid its use in babies and infants. Many dentists still recommend that children and adults not only drink fluoridatedwater, but even advise parents to add fluoride drops to their children’s drinking water if the family lives in unfluoridated areas or drinks private well water.

Fluoride causes serious health problems

In 2006, a study published in The Lancet identified fluoride as “an emerging neurotoxic substance” that causes severe brain damage. The National Research Council (NRC) wrote that “it is apparent that fluorides have the ability to interfere with the functions of the brain and the body by direct and indirect means.”

About a month later, another study published in Environmental Health Perspectives found a definitive link between fluoride intake and reduce IQ levels, indicating once again that fluoride intake causes cognitive damage.

At Harvard University, researchers identified a link between fluoride and bone cancer. Published 14 years after it began, the study found that the highest rates of osteosarcoma, a fatal form of bone cancer, were occurring most in populations drinking fluoridated water. The findings confirmed those of a prior government study back in 1990 that involved fluoride-treated rats.

Kidney disease is another hallmark of fluoride poisoning. Multiple animal studies have found that fluoride levels as low as 1 part per million (ppm) — which is the amount added to most fluoridated water systems — cause kidney damage. And a Chinese study found that children exposed to slightly higher fluoride levels had biological markers in their blood indicative of kidney damage.

The NRC has also found that fluoride impairs proper thyroid function and debilitates the endocrine system. Up until the 1970s, fluoride was used in Europe as a thyroid-suppressing medication because it lowers thyroid function. Many experts believe that widespread hypothyroidism today is a result of overexposure to fluoride.

Since fluoride is present in most municipal water supplies in North America, it is absurd to even suggest that parents avoid giving it to their young children. How are parents supposed to avoid it unless they install a whole-house reverse osmosis water filtration system? And even if families install such a system, fluoride is found in all sorts of food and beverages, not to mention that it is absorbed through the skin every time people wash their hands with or take a shower in fluoridated water. Perhaps these are some of the reasons why the ADA has said nothing about the issue despite the findings.

There simply is no legitimate reason to fluoridate water. Doing so forcibly medicates an entire population with a carcinogenic, chemical drug. There really is no effective way to avoid it entirely, and nobody really knows how much is ingested or absorbed on a daily basis because exposure is too widespread to calculate. But political pressure and bad science have continued to justify water fluoridation in most major cities, despite growing mountains of evidence showing its dangers.

Meridian Tapping Explained.

How does EFT work to produce remarkable results from just saying a few words and tapping on meridian points? It seems too easy.

It might be hard to believe, but the ideas behind EFT have existed for thousands of years. EFT is based on the subtle energy system of acupuncture that was discovered by the Chinese about 5,000 years ago.

More recently, Albert Einstein told us that everything is composed of energy. Currently, Quantum Theory supports these discoveries.

The Chinese application of the subtle energy system took the forms of acupuncture and the internal martial arts. EFT is a new Western application.

How does EFT work with subtle energy?

Look around and observe how life grows and is nourished by energy. Energy sustains all life, from plants to humans to the creation of stars. Life-giving energy comes in many forms, not just those considered “essential” to life; such as sunlight, water and food. There is also good music, good feelings, physical touch, words of kindness, good company, an uplifting thought, a smile from a stranger–to name a few.

All forms of positive energy energize us. This energy is transported throughout our body via acupuncture meridians. Sometimes this energy can be disrupted, and we experience its effects: unease, discomfort and pain. With physical tapping at specific points along our energy meridians, EFT “taps” into our energy system to balance it and keep it running smoothly.

How does EFT work at the physical level?

Gary Craig, Founder of EFT, answers the question, “How does EFT work?” by instructing us to think of our bodies as electric. He states in The EFT Discovery Statement:

“The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.”

The acupuncture meridians act like energy circuits conducting currents of energy. If these circuits are disrupted, emotional and physical discomfort is experienced.

Think of energy disruption like a TV with a short in a wire. The effect of this short is a ZZZZT (as described by Gary Craig) on the image seen on TV. The impaired flow of electricity causes the problems with the TV image.

When the flow of energy is disrupted in people, some parts of the body experience a shortage of energy and others too much.

The physical EFT tapping with the tips of the fingers on acupuncture points on the face and body clears this ZZZZT. In this way the energy traveling through these channels is balanced and flows freely throughout the body.

How does EFT work with respect to the tapping points?.

These points correspond to acupuncture points on our major meridians. Our finger tips contain points where the three main energy channels (Central, Right Main, and Left Main Channels) meet. According to Taoist Chi Gung Theory, these three main channels come into existence first while still in the womb. Then they create the other acupuncture meridians.

The Central and Right Main Channels flow through the right EFT “sore spot” (a point about 3 inches to either side of the thymus gland, where lymphatic congestion occurs) and the right hand karate chop point. These two points can be used interchangeably during the “Set-up” part of EFT. The Central and Left Main Channels flow through the left EFT “sore spot” and the left hand karate chop point.

How does EFT work at the emotional level?

Our energy meridians form the transportation system that carries energy, or information to its destination. They are information highways.

Every day we absorb huge amounts of information. Everywhere we go we collect impressions of our environment, of other people or of our experiences, just to name a few. We are even subconsciously receiving information from our body’s inner workings such as temperature, sugar balance and PH levels.

How does EFT work to help us process so much information?

EFT focuses our attention inward bringing up information associated with what we are tapping on that was hidden from our conscious awareness. Negative feelings provide the link to this information and alert us to energy disruptions.

By tapping to release negative emotions, we clear energy blocks before they have time to affect the corresponding physical areas of our bodies and express disease.

Because dramatic events in our life, like trauma, are loaded with strong negative emotions, it is often difficult to process and release them all. We may feel overwhelmed and unable to handle them.

As a result, many of us developed unhealthy ways to cope with strong emotions. We often stuff them, pretend they are not there or avoid them by keeping ourselves distracted. By not acknowledging them we close the passage out for them to release.

In this manner, we keep short circuiting our energy meridians each time these emotions begin to surface as the memory of the trauma gets triggered into awareness.

These emotions will keep trying to find a way out because this is how our energy system clears the ZZZZT and fixes itself.

How does EFT work to clear traumas and disruptions in our meridians and acupuncture points?

When we experience an overwhelming situation, an intense surge of energy in the form of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations surges through us. The energy meridians and acupuncture points do their best to transport and hold the excess energy generated.

Sometimes, this creates an overload to our energy system and cause it to “crash” the way a power surge or too much information can cause a computer to crash. EFT comes in to help release the burden of this excess charge trapped in the memory of the trauma with the tapping techniques.

During the EFT tapping, emotions are given attention and acknowledgement and gradually released, until the excess energy is cleared helping to restore balance in our energy system.

Another way to understand energy disruption or blockages is to think of a river with many tributaries. If there is pollution or small avalanches that wash debris into the water, the current can continue to flow and carry it away. But if it continually gets washed in there, or if there is a massive avalanche (trauma)–the current won’t be able to keep up.

Over time stagnation can occur or debris can settle, blocking the water flow. Water backs up in some areas (excess energy) and some areas don’t get water at all (energy deficiency). This is equivalent to continual stress accumulating over time or dramatic unresolved emotional trauma hitting us.

If these blockages are strong enough, they may even reverse our energy, so that we feel like we are working against ourselves.

How does EFT work in unblocking emotions?

The “set-up” statement in the Emotional Freedom Techniques allows the emotion to simply be, without resistance or rejection of our self. This acceptance, along with the “tuning in” that occurs when giving the problem an intensity rating, brings the emotion into the present moment.

Under these conditions, the emotion can be safely felt and expressed because we are making the distinction that though the emotion/problem may not be acceptable, we are.

By focusing on the problem/emotion the underlying energy disruption is activated. In this way, the timing of the tapping coincides with the energy disruption and can help push the energy through, to restore the flow of energy.

During the tapping we are able to observe the tapping target as it diminishes and/or changes during the process. This brings clarity in recognizing our self as the observer and not under the control of the emotion. This makes it easier to let go of the emotion.

How does EFT work with painful traumas?

Emotions are packed with energy. It is easy to feel their “charge” (if we allow it), whether it be positive or negative. With EFT it is not necessary to submerge one’s self in these strong currents of unreleased pain. It is not recommended we jump into the deepest part of the pain to release the charge. The intensity of the charge surrounding the issue is first diminished before continuing step by step with the other emotions and going deeper.

The approach is like peeling an onion. We start with what is on the outside and go layer by layer. Please note, sometime we are unexpectedly taken into the center of a deep trauma or emotion. These new memories or emotions may take us by surprise, having forgotten about them or believed they were already resolved. This process can happen so quickly we are not able to “sneak up on it” gradually. In this case, continuous, quick tapping through all points is done until the emotional energy is released.

1. Accept and acknowledge that your thoughts are forms of energy that contain the seeds of your future experience.

TIPS: If you want to manifest a fortune, always carry around 100 dollars or more in your wallet. Wherever you go, look at the stores around you, and tell yourself “If I wanted to, I could go in there right now and buy that!” but don’t actually buy it. Actually spending 100 dollars is a lot less satisfying compared to spending 100 dollars 10, 20, 30 times mentally. This will attract a lot of money towards you if you can imagine what it’d be like.

  • Remembering, manifesting is really about being positive which is great. Even if you don’t believe it, give being positive and manifesting a good long try. At the very least it will get you thinking more positively. The only thing you have to lose is negative thinking. This works for so many, it is incredible.
  • Resist the temptation to let events which seem inconsistent with the new experience you are creating distract you.
  • Beware of learned helplessness and those who exploit it. Regardless of whether you consult a physical teacher; books, videos, a CD, cassettes or a DVD, they all end up simply telling you to look back into your own heart and mind for the answers and results you seek.

10.Avoid TV shows that deal with negative experiences like crime or illness.

Letting this stuff in makes you think about it more and increases the odds it could happen to you. “Your attention to anything is drawing it closer to you,” Abraham Hicks.

11.Know that your relationships with people are bad because you made them that way.

Giving your attention to the negative can wreak havoc on personal relationships. This mentality can help free us from bad relationships with relatives or a spouse. “Nothing can come into your experience without your personal attraction to it,” Abraham Hicks.

12.Don’t worry about what you’re dreaming; instead use your dreams as a guide.

Another aspect of the black ball of negative energy is stuck heavy energies
created by trauma’s or negative thought patterns, especially those created

Technique), QEC (Quantum Emtional Clearing) and I-ching Systems (Mary Miller)
are 3 very effective methods that I have tried.
